Klaru is owned and funded personally by Samuel S. Kim, a resident and registered voter of Guam. Total annual cost: one domain registration. His consulting firm, SK102 LLC, has no role in this project. Klaru accepts no donations, sponsorships, or advertising, and has received no payment or direction from any candidate, party, or campaign.
